The Golden State Warriors have a 13-13 record so far this season. Steph Curry and his team are fourth in the Pacific Division and tenth in the Western Conference. Golden State didn’t look like the team that won the Finals last season. The Warriors have struggled to close out games of late and the same thing happened against Utah last night.
Now, the Warriors have released to the media and confirmed that Andrew Wiggins will miss the next two games, including last night’s 124-123 loss to the Jazz. He missed time due to right adductor strain. Wiggins has missed four games for the Warriors this season, but has started in all 22. Golden State is experimenting without cheating for the time being.
NBA betting sites have the Warriors at (+800) to win the Finals this season.
Stephen Curry and Andrew Wiggins are the only pair in NBA history to record at least:

Wiggins will be reevaluated on the upcoming road trip
In the final game on 12/3, Wiggins had 36 points in the Rockets’ win over the Warriors. He made eight three pointers in that game. Wiggins is shooting 36 percent from beyond the arc for his career. This season, he’s knocking down the trio with a 45 percent shooting percentage. Wiggins has never finished a season above 40 percent from deep. He was finishing 39.3 percent from deep last season. he said.
“I want to be over it. That’s what I’m aiming for. Once you’re over 40, people see you differently.” – Andrew Wiggins
Wiggins is quietly having a career-high season from beyond the arc and has the potential to be over 40 percent if he continues to play at this pace. He has had at least three triples in half of his games this season. He will miss his first chance to play against the Boston Celtics since the NBA Finals last season. At 21-5, the Celtics will undoubtedly seek some revenge against the team that ended their postseason run in 6 games last year.
