On Monday night, the LA Lakers blew a 17-point lead in the fourth quarter and lost to the Packers by three. There was plenty of offense after the game and head coach Darwin Hamm was quick to pick up the Lakers’ slump in the fourth. He said the score would fall on him to make the adjustments the team needed late in the game. A Lakers superstar spoke about the loss after the game.
Lakers star Anthony Davis doesn’t think it’s all the coach’s fault. Davis talked about how the players make the plays and coaches put them in the right position to do so. Last night they lost to the Pacers 116-115.

Anthony Davis lost his voice after a late game loss from the Lakers
Head coach Darwin Hamm was quick to accept the blame for the Lakers’ poor streak, and that’s something a good coach does even if it’s not entirely his fault.
“I wish we could be more aggressive, continue to play fast and stay organized and move the ball. And that falls on me. That falls to me. I take responsibility for that…I have to do a better job of keeping us organized on those offensive moves. – Darwin Ham
But Lakers star PF Anthony Davis says the blame lies more with the players than anything else. He told reporters that his team is used to losing games like this in the fourth quarter.
“It’s not just about him. And it’s up to us, … “I mean, we’ve had enough years in the league for the guys that have been on the field late in the game. Obviously he’s a coach, you’re to blame. But it’s up to our players to go out there and execute. – Anthony Davis
The Lakers are 7-12 this season and are fifth in the Pacific Conference. Their next game is tomorrow at 10:30 against the Trial Blazers.
