Half of the Formula 1 drivers who competed last season saw their performance ratings drop in the latest update of the F1 22 game.
Codemasters left the points for the top two drivers, world champion Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton, unchanged at 95 and 93 respectively on the 100-point scale. The two drivers, Charles Leclerc and Sergio Perez, saw their scores drop to 91 and 87 respectively.
The pair are among 10 drivers whose results have been adjusted at the end of this year’s game. They include three of the four unseated drivers for the 2023 F1 season.
Mick Schumacher, who started the season ranked 77th and rose to 80th, dropped back to his first place. Daniel Ricciardo, who scored 90 points in last year’s game, retired with 79. Nicolas Latifi finished with 66.
Among the latest crop of former F1 drivers, only Sebastian Vettel’s points remains unchanged: he bows at 85, his all-time high.
Alphatouri drivers’ scores also dropped, as did Alex Albon and Lance Stroll.
Following his victory in Brazil, George Russell’s tally rose to 91, tying him with Leclerc as the third-highest scoring driver in the event.

Alfa Romeo drivers experienced the biggest change in results since the start of the season. Valtteri Bottas’ rating dropped five points from 88 to 83, while newcomer Zhu Guanyu increased his score from 70 to 77.
