At the end of another season, there are 22 weekends worth of races to look back at the 20 regular drivers who competed in most of the 2022 season.
This year’s Drivers’ Championship was much shorter in the final race than last season: the championship was decided in only 18 of the 22 rounds. But there were some dramatic battles for final place in the drivers’ and constructors’ championships, with even a handful coming down to the penultimate round of the season.
Some drivers have joined new teams, joined the grid after being away from their current teams towards the end of their season – knowingly or otherwise – or in the case of Kevin Magnussen.
