Tristan Lawrence and Alejandro Canizares both failed to complete their second round Friday in a weather-affected day at the Under 13 European Masters.
Lawrence and Canizares were both shooting for 5 after 14 and 13 holes, respectively, when play ended around 8pm in the darkness of the Swiss mountains. Both did not start their rounds when play was suspended for three hours after 1pm due to electrical storms.
The second round was scheduled to resume at 7:40 p.m. on Saturday, with some players yet to complete nine holes.
Returning rounds of 65 left Nacho Elvira and Marcel Sim as the clubhouse leaders at 10-under 130.
Three players shot 9 under. Scott Jamieson (67) and Richard Mansell (64) completed their rounds and Louis de Jager was 3 under for the day with six holes to play.
Defending champion Rasmus Højgaard is 6 shots off the lead after 14 rounds in the second round.
